Mentor’s voice coaching supports individuals and organisations who want to communicate more confidently, clearly and effectively. Our practical voice training focuses on improving presentation impact, helping you speak with confidence and energy, and refining accent and clarity. This is particularly valuable for second-language English speakers who want to strengthen clarity and vocal presence.
Sessions are available for individuals or groups and can be delivered as short one-hour sessions or full-day workshops. All sessions are designed to be practical, engaging and confidence-building, helping participants feel comfortable using their voice more effectively in professional situations.

HOW WE DO IT
Each voice coaching programme is tailored to your needs and communication goals. Training may include defining communication objectives, understanding audience needs, and developing vocal status and vocal presence.
We focus on practical techniques to improve pitch, tone and clarity, maximise vocal power, and use energy and pace effectively. Sessions also explore body language and non-verbal communication, alongside language choices that influence and inspire.
Training is delivered by Julia Hayball, a broadcast professional and journalism lecturer at the University of Gloucestershire. Julia has extensive experience coaching radio presenters, contributors and professionals across multiple sectors, bringing broadcast-level insight and practical expertise to every session.

Great trainers, highly engaging. I definitely feel better equipped for handling these sort of situations in the future.
